Show relevant citations in documentation pages

We should make citing the relevant publications as simple as possible. A good step could be to list relevant publications on documentation pages.

Implementation

This could be a tagging system that assigns a topic to a page and then lists a set of publications for the tag: cpl-schemes, mappings, IQN.

We currently need to maintain a database of publications for the literature review page. So, this could also be a list of citations in page headers.

What we currently do is explicitly source publications from our database to a few pages; for example, in

• https://precice.org/precice-workshop-organizing.html

In the current way, we inline the references. In the suggested approach, we would probably append the references at the end.

Given that, instead of a per-page tagging system, wouldn't it be more natural to just collect references from the main text, similarly to a scientific article? So, something like Data mapping methods include RBF[@reference1] .... They would then appear under ## References.

Actually yes. This could be doable after the hugo migration with their shortcode feature.
