DPS graphs displaying web falloff from Huntsman drones

In 2.66.1, the new web drones are shown to have falloff in their web strength, as evident from missile application smoothly tapering dependent on drone range (the replication of which is discussed below) - that said, ingame (as shown in this video taken on TD), there is no falloff displayed, and webs only apply at optimal range or below.

The first image is showing the results of drone webs on application with Valkyrie web drones, and the second shows Huntsmans (with their damage output overridden to 0 so only web effects on application are shown)

It's a fuckup in decade+ old assumptions about how effects work. I think it is the same for other ewar types. I will do something to fix it for the next release, thanks.
