libsass requires pkg_resources. But what's more concerning is that the sharding seems to be broken. Shards ubuntu-1 and ubuntu-3 seem to have run on the same set of packages. This needs more investigation.

Ignore my last comment about sharding. It was early, I was tired. Instead, this fails:
