CRC on windows using VSCODE

Shows how to configure CRC in macos using VScode. But it is not clear how to do these steps in windows as the installation file is *.msi, different from Mac.

Looking at the guide, it should be roughly the same on Windows. Once the binary archive is downloaded, you need to extract it and then launch the msi installer. Then provide the binary location where it has been placed using "Select Path".
