[FEATURE REQUEST] Add license page to docs

Repo is under MIT in the GitHub repo but thought it might be good to have the docs have a licence page/section so

• users know what their contributions will be under if they make a pull request (to encourage more contribution)
• and so that if anyone builds on top of it they know what the license the content is under without needing to go to the source page

Happy to make a pull request if provided some guidance on what you want on the page

We already have the license in the repo & the github link is available in the header at all times, on every page, so it's redundant.
