What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wire according to schematic
2. Connect to TV
3. Load DemoPAL
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting a stable demo, instead get a rolling display, sometimes symbols
splits to RGB, sometimes the screen makes white
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TVOutBeta1, Arduino mini pro with atmega328p @16mhz, Arduino IDE 1.6.4, win8.1
