Add trust and security indicators near address bar

Goal
Improve user awareness around site trust, permissions and browser security state.

Current issue
Users cannot easily understand:

• which sites have Nostr permissions
• which sites can request signatures/payments
• whether the current page is trusted
• if protections are active

Tasks

• Add trust badge near address bar
• Show active NIP-07 permission state
• Show popup blocker status
• Show Lightning/NWC active state
• Add hover tooltip descriptions
• Add warning state for dangerous/untrusted sites

Acceptance criteria

• User immediately understands trust/security state
• UI remains minimal and clean
• Indicators update live per-tab/site
