Hold music cannot be triggered during a single-leg call.

After placing an outgoing call with the command originate user/4101 &echo() and answering it, I then executed uuid_hold b25975b4-bee2-4140-b60e-485e167b9681 to hold the call. A message appeared: new max missed packets(0->0) greater than current missed packets(0). RTP will timeout. However, the SIP client did not play hold music.
