Trivial error for some enchants and gems #11136

Describe the bug
Possibly a Blizzard bug, but I was able to use some ring enchants that SimulationCraft thinks I shouldn't be able to. Errors are:
Trivial:
Player Onceaday enchant '+$k1 Versatility and +$k2 Haste' (id=7162) requires a maximum ilevel of 180, item 'radiant_phoenix_band' has 227
Player Onceaday enchant '+$k1 Primary Stat and +0.15% Critical Effect per unique Algari gem color' (id=7216) requires a maximum ilevel of 180, item 'penumbral_gem_necklace' has 198
Player Onceaday enchant '+$k1 Critical Strike and +$k2 Haste' (id=7208) requires a maximum ilevel of 180, item 'occlusion_of_void' has 198
