2.0.0-beta.14 Event handlers in <Portal> do not work

Describe the bug

renders elements with an error, event handlers inside portals do not work.

Solid 2 beta.13 works, beta.14 doesn't.

This should be fixed by this commit in the next release

I saw that issue but I thought the commit only fixed the sibling ref issue. However, after applying the patch, it turns out it fixes this issue as well. Thank you.
