Additional logging in Execute-Test.ps1

For diagnosing cases where the script is not running, it would be useful if the Execute-Test.ps1 script logged the parameters it uses for executing the test script.

if anyone is looking at this I have seen this across a couple of installs now and is very frustrating as it lacks logs to diagnose the issue
