OpenAsync method support to upload file

Hi ,

I installed the latest version of SSH.NET(2020.0.2) in my dot net core 3.1 project. I was looking for async support for uploading files to SFTP endpoint and I came across this #819 (comment) . But I don't see OpenAsync method exposed in SFTP client. Has this been released or am I missing anything? Could you please help me with this? Thanks
