Double join to channels because of two Welcome messages

There are 2 Welcome messages during connect to irc.root-me.org:

13.04.2016 - 04:37:15 [ LOG ] :irc.hackerzvoice.net 001 qqqwer :Welcome to the HackerzVoice

and bot joins to all channels AGAIN:
