[BUG]: Error when selecting typescript as No

• I verified that I have not react-native-cli installed globally and be up to date about the React Native environment setup.

Description

I got this error from the previous version in new version of boiler plate there is still same error exist this is the main feature of app so any one can start without typescript but i am getting this error

Did you run the installation cmd from GitBash ?

I also got the same problem, but I fixed it in a more universal way, not requiring installation only via git bash but cross-platform, please check here the pull request I did here: #507
