Consistency between Licence and License

Describe the bug
The section on the nav bar says Licence, but once inside, it talks about License. While both may be correct depending on what is being conveyed, the usage is inconsistent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://thegooddocsproject.dev and look at the nav bar link saying Licences
2. Click on the link saying Licences
3. Check headings saying License
4. Notice inconsistency
5. Source MD file is actually called licences.md

Expected behavior
Consistency in the usage of Licence and License
