[Feature]: Add shell completion

Problem

It would be nice to have shell completion for:

• bash
• zsh

Couple of other nice to have features:

• Allow "installing" completion using mpqcli completion subcommand
• Add completion "installation" as part of install scripts

Proposed solution

Shell completion added!

Closed in #171. This was a big addition, so might need some cleanup over time. But have done preliminary tests on all completion scripts (manual testing)
