Thanks for your efforts on this program, specially the full tunnel implementation!
I think these times when usual methods are working again, are best to improve projects like mhrv even more.
We have to prepare for what is coming, even if mhrv is not used that much like before. I don't know if is it possible to let an ai agent crowl over the open 168 issues and fix them(and probably future issues), but if the problem is costs for such ai services then please don't hesitate to share the donation banner again on twitter or elsewhere. I will try my best too.
Tools that make it possible for people to communicate in severe network situations are far worse than bombs and assassinations.
For the full tunnel I also wanted to suggest looking at
https://github.com/MortezaBashsiz/nipovpn since it utilizes using only http, and focus is not on stimulating a http like scheme but to be a real http connection which uses http to transfer any kind of data, http methods it uses maybe compatible with google scripts app limitations too. It has a section called methods in it's configuration file.
