Added logging to web UI and to a specified Discord channel

I discovered and fixed a related bug while testing the logging enhancement: notification logs were showing generic type names ('Movie', 'TVShow', 'Music') instead of actual titles.

Added commit 1223765 to address this issue.

Just giving you an update, sorry I haven't gotten to this yet, please give me some time as I have a few things going on and currently looking at another pull request.

FYI I've been running this for about 3 or 4 weeks now, seems stable and functional for whatever that's worth.

Sorry, I just haven't gotten to this yet, I have a lot going on, but I will get to this at some point.

@thomst08 this is getting ridiculous... If you're unable to review and approve PRs, may I suggest you ask the community for help and add some reviewers and approvers, or maybe someone with capacity should fork and maintain this project.

@ChillBill77 or other code contributors here might be candidates.
