I don't know stable URL to fetch kernel. but there is

Does Ubuntu not have any kernal package with smack enabled?

(I was previously considering to use Arch or Fedore at WSL CI for the test case with newer glibc.)

runner's azure kernel did not work, but -generic passed GNU tests.

It's failing again:

Running kernel seems to be up-to-date.

No services need to be restarted.

No containers need to be restarted.

No user sessions are running outdated binaries.

No VM guests are running outdated hypervisor (qemu) binaries on this host.
