Feature Request: Add Quote/Reply Functionality to Message Component

Add the ability to quote or reply to specific messages in conversations, similar to common chat interfaces like ChatGPT, Slack, and Discord.

Motivation

Adding a built-in way to quote or reference previous messages in a conversation will:

• Provide context when responding to specific parts of a conversation
• Improve multi-turn conversations where users want to reference earlier points

Proposed User Flow

1. User hovers over, clicks, or double-clicks text within a message
2. A "Reply" or quote button appears
3. Clicking it adds the selected message content as a quoted reference
4. The quoted text appears in/near the input area
5. User can remove/cancel the quote with a close button or ESC key
