Rename "master" branch to "main" branch

To facilitate a more inclusive environment, I suggest we rename "master" branch to "main" branch as done in various other projects.

The challenge is mostly coordinating with everyone with tooling given the name of the branch is hard-coded in enough different systems; see web-platform-tests/rfcs#80.

@Nandha050 What are your plans? To rename the branch you will need repo permissions, if you can't assign yourself you shouldn't be able to rename the branch either.

Of course renaming the branch is the easy part, the hard part is coordinating the change. Is that what you plan to do? What are your ideas?

No offense but your account doesn't seem to have been involved with WPT (nor has much activity in general), I don't think this is a good first bug.
