用codex的时候会触发一个bug

历史记录对话时，codex插件我看本地记录刷新没了，但是codeg的还在，但是我再那里对话时就报错Agent 错误

是本地删除了会话，然后在codex里面 继续 给 被删除的会话 发送消息报错吗

本地对话没用删除，记录还有的，就是在codex里不显示，codeg继续对话就报错
