Is this graph denoting IntFilterPerformance, is it specific to HNSW index for all vector databases or is it with respect to any other index types too?

Results are from term filter tests (e.g., color==red). Use as a rough guide for int filter performance, but expect some variance.

It's important to note that the performance of different index types can vary significantly across various filtering scenarios.
In this charts:

• Milvus, Qdrant, OpenSearch, and Elastic explicitly utilized the HNSW index.
• Pinecone and ZillizCloud are closed-source services that do not disclose their underlying index types. The tests were conducted on their pinecone-p2 and zillizcloud-perf instance types, respectively.

So does 99.9% in the graph refer to filter performance with "label_0.1p", so as the filter ratio increases from 50% to 99%, is it equivalent to labels changing from label_50p to label_0.1p ?
