The script make_pdg_header.py returns -1 for the two masses. Actually this is because the two added particles should be added to O2DatabasePDG::addALICEParticles. Probably it's not necessary for analysis purposes, given that this relates to a specific study for a specific analysis. Maybe we can close this PR, what do you think @vkucera ?

I agree. This seems to be a very localised use case.
