The PR adds the testing of ini generators using the o2-sim-dpl-eventgen executable.
Potentially every .ini file can be used as base for an MCGEN dataset, so they need to be tested also to run with the DPL-eventgen. The MC/config/common/ini/GeneratorPerformanceFix.ini is edited to trigger a test.
