The most important changes: - header with changing label using context API - sidebar for whole app - navbar element for different pages.
…- downloading google-chrome with all dependencies. Successful run for first test.
- Added needed packages with eslint for js and ts - move style to css files - kept in style directory - changes in structure of code without affecting any appearance

I have JIRA issue created
UI for token table filters - needs to be connected with backend. Now it only mocks fetches information. Needs also new type of Select which fetches informations from backend - similarly to AsyncSelect from react-select library.
