Adds a Core AZIP proposing the removal of
AuthRegistry,MultiCallEntrypoint, andPublicChecksfrom the protocol contract set, and the compaction of the three remaining protocol contracts (ContractClassRegistry,ContractInstanceRegistry,FeeJuice) to addresses1,2,3.The
azippreamble field is left blank for an editor to assign per the AZIP process.
