Suffix the dataset name with a per-run id, remove the silent fallback to a stale cached dataset, and derive the expected line count dynamically from the scenarios file so the sample doesn't fail when scenarios change. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
