Hi Esteban!
I moved most of the boring code to the R script -- and also did some more generic cleaning of comments and cells.
Some parts still need to be addressed (i.e., "custom" adjustment for careseeking, see Jira SNT25-397)
We will need more iterations of this cleaning steps, but I think this is a good start.
I tested this for COD (no disaggregation available) and NER (with disaggregation) and it works.
