The "Compress Images" failure may be due to this limitation mentioned in a comment in the workflow:
If we want images optimized for the web, we should probably just consistently use webp1 with case-by-case exceptions instead but that's not urgent by any means. Footnotes |

That's what I did. It annoyed me. Now everyone can enjoy a vote.jpg that is not 417 x 250
