Removes the AS Blank Panel Special from Cardinal.

This module should be removed from the project because it contains a copyright violation. You can see this yourself if you right click the module, and then select "Panel B".

I'm not sure if this is valid. It's not user the branding and copyrighted design files.

We could of course patch this to say I <3 Cardinal instead ;)

Of course removing this blank panel has very low impact, so I'm not necessarily against it.

I don't think that is a good idea, because the assets for the modules are licensed CC BY-NC-ND.

I don't agree this is a copyright violation, the module is clearly using VCV rack in reference, not pretending or in any way confusing to users that it could be an official VCV module which is typically the problem.

Mentioning stuff by name as reference does not constitute copyright infringement, otherwise we could never name things.

Its a little odd to see inside Cardinal, but because of CC-ND we are not allowed to change it :/

Appreciate the attention though.
