Twitter Automated Sentiment Streamer

Stream Tweets based on a ruleset and perform preprocessing, embedding, and sentiment analysis all in one go.

This release contains the same sentiment-analysis-streaming functionality in two forms, one in split modules, and one in a single module.

There is no difference in product between the two, but I found it helpful to create a master module first.
