Add App and API Protection setup pages for Azure Container Apps using the sidecar instrumentation pattern. Includes pages for all 7 supported languages (Node.js, Java, Python, Go, .NET, Ruby, PHP) with APM Tracing Enabled/Disabled collapse sections.
