What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Adds AP2-specific PrivateLink documentation:

  • Color-keyed VPC endpoint sections (Aqua, Beige, Bisque, Brown, Cyan, Gold, Indigo, Lime, Linen, Orchid, Plum, Violet, White) with VPC service endpoint names, private DNS names, and FQDN tables
  • CSS styles for the AP2 endpoint layout
  • Updates the existing PrivateLink service names table to include AP2 site-region content
  • Strips product/category columns from FQDN tables, showing only the DNS name mapping

This PR isolates the AP2 PrivateLink changes for sidebar rendering verification.
