Hey, does this PR break support for web?

Probably not breaking support, but rather not supporting Web or other platforms yet. I've also been following a guide contributed to flutter_rust_bridge on how to make a Dart library written in Rust, and even there web support is scantly discussed. When I have more time, this template's plugin branch will be maintained in parallel with the main branch, but I do wish to flesh this branch out a bit more with desktop support as well.
