- add Methodology page: OST, the Nearsighted Roadmap, the discovery vs delivery split, and the two product conversations (Outcome to Solution vs Refinement) - formalise those two conversations in the engineering cadence - fix committed merge-conflict markers in project-management.md - make the product index a section hub that leads with the operating model - revert the vision-driven strategy edits and remove the standalone vision page - move Blueprints out of product (it is a library submission/publishing process) - connect metrics to objectives and replace a dead dashboard link - add redirects for the moved/removed pages
Deletes strategy.md rather than reverting it to the old baseline. - delete strategy.md and redirect the strategy and vision URLs to the product index - strip the now-dead strategy links in index, metrics, verticals and personas - marketing/messaging.md keeps its inline pillars text; its link now resolves via the redirect

Tidies up the product section of the handbook and formalises how product works: defines the product methodology, clarifies product outcomes versus business and traction metrics, and sets out the meetings that align product with leadership and hand work to engineering.
