Also tagging in here. Is there any chance to merge this? We are upgrading form Chakra UI v2 to v3 and it uses the useInsertionEffect. This means the Tagging @kitten and @carbonrobot |

useInsertionEffect is a new hook introduced in React18 and can be an alternative way to useLayoutEffect to insert styles which does not run on the server.
