Fix untranslated opposition strategy sections in 10 language articles

The 2026-03-05-opposition-motions articles for fr, de, ar, no, ko, ja, he, es, nl, and zh contained verbatim English paragraphs inside each language's opposition strategy context box (<div class="context-box">), contradicting the claim of full 14-language coverage.

Changes

• 10 language files (fr, de, ar, no, ko, ja, he, es, nl, zh): Replaced the 4-paragraph English opposition strategy block with proper translations in each target language.

• Dutch (nl) — additional corrections:

  • Sociaaldemocaten → Sociaaldemocraten (4 occurrences: lede, motion entry, police reform section, party summary list)
  • legitieme wapenbaars → legitieme wapenbezitters
  • vuurwapencontroleflosofie → vuurwapencontrolefilosofie
