- Adds a Codex-assisted integration of a local called ui-components, with Storybook and Vitest for component tests, in the spirit of our react-shared package but kept local until it can mature.
- Adds a Draggable component for use in Modeling Dialogs #8522. Still got some weird dragging behavior when the Handle is on the right but I don't think we'll make use of that configuration for Modeling Dialogs #8522 so I figure we can get started.
Fix Draggable component to actually kinda work Make it possible to put a margin on the initial position without messing things up too much Try to fix behavior on pane toggle, to no avail
