Batbot metadata drawing

• Integrates Batbot Metadata into the PulseMetadat model
  • Adds Cuve (list[time,freq]), and Points ([time,freq]) for the Characteristic Freq, Heel and Knee
  • This data is formatted and placed inside of the same PulseMetadata as the contours
• Renamed the endpoint for the contours to be solely /pulse_contours, as well as the Schema to separate it out
• Added in a pulse_data that returned the data for compressed segments
• Client
  • Added a new layer that graphs the line and the points
  • State objects for turning the line on/off as well as changing color and point size, and line width

TODO:

• Hover state to indicate the time/freq for different points
• Maybe include the height/duration?
• It looks jagged for some reason, check source data vs rendering
