This is the material accompanying "Optimising clinical study designs for CAR-T cell therapy: Development of an efficient sampling strategy through optimal experimental design" (Klima et al., 2026).

The following NONMEM and rxode model files are provided:

1. CAR-T_model_OptimalDesign.R: rxode model code for the models (without and with additional fixed small additive RUV parameters) used for design evaluation and design optimization
2. SSE_simulation_sampling-windows.mod: NONMEM model code for the model used for the simulation during SSE for the scenario with optimized sampling windows
3. SSE_estimation_sampling-windows.mod: NONMEM model code for the model used for the estimation during SSE for the scenario with optimized sampling windows
