Changes the integration test layout for the
lightning.pytorch.loggers.LitLogger/pytorch_lightning.loggers.LitLoggerclasses.From now on, we test against latest pypi release as well as latest GH commit of
lightning.pytorch. In addition we test for the compatibility layer during it's deprecation phase
