This PR replaces the reference to the legacy ASL autosplitter for Disney's 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue (PC) with a reference to our new runtime autosplitter.
I'm the maintainer of the original autosplitter and have added a deprecation notice to the README of that repository.
Let me know if there's an existing deprecation strategy I should use.
