Draft a next gen DFN schema and implement it in a Pydantic object model with validations. Modify
modflow_devtools.dfnsto accommodate. Factor out cleanly separated v1, v1.1 and v2 scopes with separate v1 -> v1.1 and v1 -> v2 maps. Reorganize the RTD docs and fix some out of date things.
