- add missing documented options for HTTPS and runtime behavior
- add legacy and power-user section (tls, userAgent)
- add advanced runtime section (checkServerInterval, reloadAfterServerRestart, httpHeaders, hideConfigSecrets link)
- clarify guidance for useHttps and specialized options
- fix electronOptions default in docs (from [] to {})
