Create a multi-repo workspace with all 15 MagniteEngineering repositories to enable working across them from a unified environment.
This PR clones all identified MagniteEngineering repositories into categorized subdirectories within the workspace, and includes
WORKSPACE_README.mdfor documentation andworkspace-status.shfor managing the multi-repo setup.
