Documents additional Smart Accounts Kit APIs around Advanced Permissions (ERC-7715) and delegations.

Expands the wallet-client reference to clarify requestExecutionPermissions (including its return type) and adds new entries for getSupportedExecutionPermissions and getGrantedExecutionPermissions with examples.

Adds a missing enableDelegation reference in the delegation docs, and extends types.md with the new return/type aliases (PermissionResponse, SupportedPermissionInfo, and related result types) used by these actions.
