Low risk documentation-only change that reintroduces the Wagmi quickstart and updates instructions to the new @metamask/connect-evm/wagmi connector options. Main risk is incorrect setup guidance (deps/RPC URLs) causing user confusion, not runtime impact to product code.

Overview
Adds the Wagmi quickstart back into the EVM docs discovery surfaces (EVM landing page card and mm-connect-sidebar.js).

Updates evm/quickstart/wagmi.md to target MetaMask Connect EVM instead of the legacy SDK: switches template links and install commands to @metamask/connect-evm/@wagmi/connectors, revises the example config to use Infura RPC URLs and new connector options (dapp, connectAndSign, connectWith), adds a Common operations section (switch chains, sign messages, send transactions), and includes an @metamask/sdk→@metamask/connect-evm parameter mapping table.
