Summary

Updates the Copilot with enterprise data protection section in configure-microsoft-365-mobile.md to reflect that the com.microsoft.office.officemobile.BingChatEnterprise.IsAllowed app configuration key no longer disables Copilot in the Microsoft 365 mobile app.

What changed

  • The existing key/value table is kept for reference but struck through to make clear it is no longer applicable.
  • Added context that Microsoft 365 is now Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI-forward app where Copilot is the core workflow and cannot be disabled independently on mobile. Other Office workflows are redirected to the OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint apps.
  • Added guidance for admins who want to restrict Copilot: use Integrated Apps settings to block across web, desktop, and mobile, or block the Microsoft 365 Copilot mobile app to restrict access on mobile only.

Notes

Documentation-only change. Please confirm the wording against the current product behavior.
