Introduces .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/badcase.yml as a structured GitHub Issue Form for reporting MiniMax Code badcases (wrong output, stuck loop, broken automation, bad team routing, mislearned habit, etc.). The form captures: - Version / platform / OS - Severity (S0-S3) and affected area (habit / agent team / automation / skill / Feishu / UI / perf / login) - Expected vs actual behavior - Minimum repro steps - Known workaround (often more valuable than the bug report itself) - Pre-submit checklist (search, upgrade, de-identify) The accompanying README.md explains how to file a badcase the fast way and gives a severity cheat sheet for triage.
